Kiora is
my second Shiloh and she is constantly amusing me with her antics
and always seems to capture her audience. In 2001 I flew to Texas
and picked up Kiora, who at the time was this little black fuzz
ball with a Phyllis Diller type do on her head. Poor Kiora (who
was Lilac at the time) remained nameless for 10 weeks as we couldn't
come up with a name for this girl. Incidently Kiora means "love"
and when I discovered this name and its meaning I knew it would
my my girl's. Kiora is a very sweet lagre girl. She of course
has her own antics, but unlike Star who has to be in your face
with a toy, she will get her own toy and toss and catch all by
herself.
At 13 weeks
she received a standing ovation in her first show in Providence
and then again received the applause of the crowd at her herding
instinct trial. She is also my Shiloh Ambassador at the pet expos
and parades. At the present Kiora's favorite activity is herding
sheep!
Kiora is
a big boned, black/cream dual plush with a gentile personality.
She is very intelligent with high prey drive. She is well on her
way in her show career, having received several Best of Breed
(BOB) titles.
